Duplicate invoice and purchase numbers

Since latest update in Account Right Plus my system is allowing duplicate numbers.  I have checked the preferences and it still says don't allow but it lets them get posted anyway without any warnings.  Anyone know what's happening?

    Have you tried to toggle the setting off and then back on again? 

    I suggest turning the setting off, clearing the AccountRight Cache, and then turning it back on. 

    I have provided the steps on how to clear the cache here for you. 

     

    Please close AccountRight and do the following:

    1. Hold down the <Windows Key> and press the letter <R>
    2. In the box that appears, type in: %localappdata%
    3. Press <Enter>

    Once you've done that, go to MYOB > AccountRight > 20XX.X OR Current (Depends on the version you're using) > Cache, and delete the contents of this folder

    Please let me know how you go.
