Email bouncing back, Diagnostic code rejected
We have a customer whose email has started bouncing back. Can you please check if it is blacklisted and remove if it is. [email protected] Thank you

Generally speaking a rejected diagnostic code means that the recipients end has rejected the incoming email. I have check that there are few emails send to that email address yesterday and have not been opened. Can you try whitelisting [email protected] ?
