Great to see you digging into what’s gone wrong with the invoices not coming through. You’re already one step ahead by looking into similar cases. When you spot a “Diagnostic Code Rejected” error, it means the recipient’s email address has ended up blacklisted on our end. With that, you'll need to reach out to our team to have the block lifted.
