Hi, I am having trouble with Invoices, Orders and now Quotes Not emailing from MYOB. I check the sent emails section and they have not gone. Can it be a Form Format issue, not linking when updates...

I’m glad to hear kermie that the email issue where customers can’t open the online invoice link has been resolved.
For the issue with emailing or printing Quotes, please try clearing your AccountRight cache, then restart AccountRight and test it again. If the problem continues, it would be best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look at what’s happening with your company file and Quote forms.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for trying to help me. I've tried what you said to do if problem continues, to which it is and more. I submitted a Case and again added to it as of last week with which I have had no response.
What else can I do, I can't email Quotes or Orders, sometimes I can send via PDF to outlook and email sometimes I can not. I can not even print Quotes to even post them, how silly is this.
Am I able to call some one to get help quicker or do I just have to sit and wait for some one to contact me, while I am getting behind.
Sorry for this, just frustrating as I reckon there updates have upset something (my opinion)
