Emails Not being sent
When sending an Sales quote or Purchase order in Myob we send through outlook. But some emails just disappear they are not sent to Outlook outbox. The email addresses are stored in each customer car...

Thanks for the post. If you're still unable to send emails to those email addresses, please try this link for troubleshooting, Email troubleshooting (myob.com). If the issue persists, you can submit a support request via MyAccount or contact our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA for immediate help.

Still having the same issue, I can cut the email address out of MYOB then send email to myself and then in paste address from MYOB and it sends no problems but not straight from MYOB

If you can please send us the email address that you are having issues with so that I can check them with the back end. As mention before to others there are hundreds of emails that for some reason do not go through
These four I know do not work
I can email from MYOB to myself then copy and paste these email address in outlook and it works fine
But sending through MYOB it just disappears.
