Hi Theo1
I suspect this odd behaviour is somehow related to your region settings. AR2023 is designed for Aus and NZ and might be puzzled by the R currency symbol, as it is expecting a $.
As a test, change the region settings to Australia and restart AR2023, then try to set the credit limit. If that works without the error message let us know. Change the region settings back to your region. Credit limits should then stay as they were set.

Hi Gavin
Thank you for response , I have tried it but the error persist. Is there maybe some other "Flag" that needs to be
updated ? ERROR " The Credit Limit value must be less than, or equal to 0. -
Why would you want a minus or a zero Credit Limit ?

Hi Theo1
It is clearly a bug, just wondering why it isn't affecting everyone. I just set my region settings as per yours and set grouping symbol to a space and decimal symbol to a comma, as you have. I entered 1000 which appeared as 'R1 000,00' just as it does in your image. Credit limit updated to 1000 as expected.
What version of MYOB are you using (see Help >About)? And is your company file online?

Gavin
