We are all getting the following error when trying to export our sales report to Excel. Can you please provide us with a solution urgently as I use this feature daily.

It appears that AccountRight cannot locate the template required for the report. The best option would be try reinstalling the AccountRight software making sure anti virus is disabled and running the installer as admin.
