EXPORTING SALES REPORT TO EXCEL

We are all getting the following error when trying to export our sales report to Excel.   Can you please provide us with a solution urgently as I use this feature daily.

 

Error    MYOB

 

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet\SRALL.XLT

    Thank you for your response.  The MYOB update that we received this morning thankfully has fixed our issues. So relieved.  Have a great day.

    Hi HazelT 

     

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    It appears that AccountRight cannot locate the template required for the report. The best option would be try reinstalling the AccountRight software making sure anti virus is disabled and running the installer as admin.
