Failed emails when sending Statements. Anyway to get report or narrow down which ones failed?

Hi Team,

 

We email our statements from MYOB via Outlook. Normally works great but at the end it generally says 1 or 2 of 460 odd emails failed. 

 

Is there anyway to get a report or error log to tell us which one of the 460 emails failed?

 

When I did the statements Friday evening it said 2 of 400 odd emails failed.

 

When I checked the Sent Items box and added them all up, it seems to be 5 emails shorts from the total, so I am not confident which ones didnt go without going through 400 odd emails to find the missing ones.

    Hi nduro,

    If the statements were sent using Outlook, MYOB generally won’t provide a report showing which specific statement emails failed. MYOB’s email/activity tracking applies to emails sent through MYOB, but for emails sent via Outlook/PDF, there’s no MYOB tracking log to identify the failed recipients. In that case, the best place to check is Outlook itself for bounce-backs or nondelivery reports.
