Failed to load - Job profit and loss report

Hi, could you please look into the "Failed to load the report" issue for "This financial year to date" as attached?    FYI - no issue with loading "Last financial year" as attached too.    I tho...

The last 4 digit of serial no is: 4278

    I was preparing to send the license file to your email, but I'm unable to locate the version of your software. Could you please provide the Version/Build number of your software?
