Find Transactions by Card

    Hi ChezW 

     

    Thanks for narrowing it down to pay liability transactions. We are aware of an issue where those transactions are not displaying when searching by Card in Find Transactions. This has been logged with our developers for investigation. 

     

    In the meantime, searching by the applicable liability in the Payroll Category tab may be a suitable workaround.

Do you perhaps have 2 cards with exactly the same name?

      Hi ChezW 

       

      Can I get you to try clearing the AccountRight Cache to see if using incorrectly cached information? You can find the instructions for clearing the cache here: Clear the AccountRight Cache

       

      If you change the To date to a future date do those transactions load? Do you tab through the To date field to update the date selection?

        Thanks for the support Tracey

        I've tried both suggestions but still cannot get the transactions to show.

        I'm really baffled by this. It's happening on different client files, different user logins and different PCs.

        It was something I used to rely on a lot but am having to find other alternatives given it's not reliable. Very frustrating!!

        I appreciate your suggestions though.
