How can I find out which customer has paid via myob payby

I have the automatically match payments checked in Bank Rules, however payments are still unmatched. I have no idea who has paid what. How do I resolve this please?   Thank you.   Kind reg...

Hi Mariam (momran) 

 

Thank you for your post. You should be able to run the Online Invoice Payments report which has a summary of invoices and their settlements.
