how to bulk edit supplier status to inactive

Hi,   Is it possible to bulk edit the supplier list to inactive?   Thank you.   Kind regards, Nicole

    HI Nicolely90 

    Thank you for your post. Setting the supplier cards to inactive can be done through the Card Lists window by opening the desired card and selecting the Inactive Card option for that particular card.

Hi,  Nicolely90 , editing cards in bulk can be done by exporting the cards, or selected fields,  to a text file,  then opening it in Excel, modify the field in question, then save as a new text file,  and import to your file.

 

I think it's the status field that should contain a Y for inactive. 

 

Make a backup before importing so that you can recover from errors.
