How to delete "www" field at the end of the page-customised form

If the field cannot be edited or deleted, it's often migrated from a form in the old version and the best way to remove it would be by creating the customised form again from scratch. Regarding your second query, the second page will be automatically added to the quote or invoice form if the description is too long and does not fit on one page.
