Thanks for checking that. Try clearing the AccountRight cache first, and then give it another go in the desktop app. If it’s still not saving, it’s usually a local PC thing rather than the quote itself things like the default save/download folder, antivirus, or Windows settings can sometimes block the PDF from being created.
