In Tray Failing to Upload Documents

Unable to upload documents in MYOB essentials In Tray. 

 

 

Tried online with MYOB and receive this error:

 

I have restarted MYOB numerous times, it's currently up to date with latest version.

    We are aware that there are some users who cannot upload documents through In-Tray. This has been resolved already by the relevant team. Kindly log out and then log back into your account. You may also use a different browser. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are delighted to assist you.
