Apparently we have to go to 2 factor authentication!! so not just a code to inbox have to set up for phone also.

Yes same issue here, cant upload anything to the in tray

No Intray is accepting or showing existing documents in all 3 of my sets of books and others who are also signed in on these are also not seeing existing documents.

Also having issues since yesterday, Desktop version shows no documents and can't load anything new. Have been using browser version and now that's stuck too.

We are also having issues with in-tray not showing documents that we know are in there. Nothing loads. When I try attaching documents from an email, the whole thing appears greyed out and locks up.
This has all happened since the update to attach things to sales invoices.
Great testing, again.

I have a more general problem with attachments as soon as I attached them to the transaction and then go back in the bank transactions they are no longer there to view.
