Clearing the cache didn't fix it, and I don't have any zoom on my monitor. Interestingly enough though, I have the same issue as them, where if I am full screen with MYOB, I only see 20 thumbnails, but when I window either the program, or the window within MYOB it's fine. It's a very weird fault. It's the same issue as that other person, but that fix didn't fix their fault. it seemed to come right on its own.
I'll repeat, this seems to be an issue that only happens when both the app, and the window within the app are at full screen. Very weird issue. Please forward this to you bugs team. I'd love to use MYOB at full screen for all aspects of my job. Thank you.

That’s odd, you shouldn’t be blocked from the rest of your documents. Your In Tray should show everything you’ve uploaded. I had a look and there aren’t any known display issues at the moment. Try clearing your AccountRight cache and resetting your zoom/display scaling; that usually fixes it. You can also check out this related post that’s marked as solved. If it still caps at 20 after that, you can lodge a support ticket via My Account or connect with our virtual assistant MOCA to get through to our live chat team. We’ll take a closer look for you.
