In Tray
My client file notes that there are 5 items to be processed in the 'In Tray' but there are only 2 items - does anyone else have this issue. Michelle

We've had a good look and couldn't find any reported issues like the one you're experiencing. What I recommend is to clear your AccountRight cache to avoid software discrepancies Clearing the AccountRight Cache. If the issue remains the same, it would be best to have our backend team take a closer look. We have the same issue ... says 52 to be processed, only 27 in there. Clearing the cache makes no difference.
