In Tray
I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window) Is ...

I have been having the same issue for months! Can access in tray for the first 5 minutes, then they all disappear even though i know there are lots in there! I have tried everything and nothing fixes it. Extremely frustrating when i cant enter or allocate invoices

Sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long. A good way to test it is to jump into the browser first and check whether the In Tray documents are showing up there. After that, clear the AccountRight cache. Once that’s done, clear out the documents in the browser In Tray and then give it another crack in AccountRight. If the documents show up again in AccountRight, you should be right to go. If they still don’t, you can upload the documents into In Tray again and try from there. If it's still playing up after those steps, make sure to reach out to our team so they can take a good look.
