In Tray

I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window)

Is there a problem with the in tray or how do I fix it.

I'm just getting the message that in tray is empty

  • I'm having the same problem too.  I add things to the in-tray and they dont appear, or some have been "unable to upload documnt" it also stays on the loading screen for ages and doesnt actually load anything.

    Hi DebM

     

    That’s an odd one, usually all In Tray items should be accessible, especially if the number of items appears next to the icon. A few quick things to try:

    • Do a quick view refresh: open the In Tray, click to enlarge any document preview, then close it, the list usually repopulates after that. If the window looks blank, try minimising/maximising or resizing the In Tray as well.
    • Fully close and reopen AccountRight, then open the In Tray again. If your file’s online, sign out and back in first to refresh the session before trying the In Tray.
    • Check for any filters (Supplier, Status, etc.). Set them back to All and clear any search terms so nothing’s being hidden. Sometimes a filter can make the grid look empty.

    If you’re on the desktop app, you can usually bypass this by opening AccountRight in a browser.
