Hey Hayley76,
I see that you're having trouble with the invoice showing an incorrect address when emailed. As a workaround, try emailing the invoice to yourself first to see if the address shows up correctly. If it does, remove the customer's address from their card, save it, and then re-enter the address. Once you've done that, send the invoice again. You can also check this link when editing a customer card.
