Intray not loading

Hi

21st Nov 2025

Is anyone else having problems with the in tray not loading & or saying it is empty when I know it is not.

I have tried both desktop & online versions and neither load. This happened on the 18th November as well - not happy!

    We are also having issues with the Intray in Account Right Plus desktop version not loading

    Sorry to hear about your In Tray issue. The dev team is aware of it and is currently working on it. Rest assured, this will be fixed as soon as possible. You can check this link for any updates on it.

    24/11  - I am still having the same in tray issues. Have closed and reopened, with no luck. The link above says issue resolved. But I am still experiencing the issues posted about last week. Can you advise?

    Link says resolved, but I still have the issue for only one of my accounts.

    Hey GAPS and Sean_D,

     

    I can see you’ve tried closing and reopening and you’re still hitting the same In Tray issues today even though the Status Hub shows it as resolved. With that, it's best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way. they'll be able to check and see what's going on with In Tray.
