InTray Slow/Lagging

Hi Guys   I have 4 company files... but only 1 of them has some serious slowness lagging in the Intray.  Like its minutes after processing one document, the intray goes blank then loads back up wit...

Thank you, I just gave that a try, and had no luck.  Have submitted a case now.
