Inventory - cubes on packing slip and MYOB 'talking' with spreadsheets

Hi 

I need a packing slip to show 'product cubes' and ideally calulate cubes for multi purchases.

Currently I create a separate packing slip in xcel or google sheet template.

Can I get MYOB to speak to these spreadsheets to save time and data errors?

Also - I've created a spreadsheet / order sheet in google sheets, with 'dropdown' lists for product order which has multiple options of colour and codes, etc. Is there a way to integrated this with myob?

i.e We are importers - and our products are solid wood timber furniture and lounge furniture.

I have the timber furniture setup as Items - however I've invoiced the 'lounge' as a Professional Invoice as there are too many variances in style, colour,etc to load into mybo at the moment.

All suggestions and help appreciated.
