invoice customise form to meet new requirements

Question

We have new requirements for invoicing and I am trying to figure out how to make the invoice as per their requirements.

We currently use and item invoice for sales

I have attached what they want the invoice to look like.

If you could advise on the best way to make this form so it functions properly.

Cheers for the sample, it shows the invoice vibe you want. When you’re customising your invoice template, you can add extra fields and columns. The options are a bit limited, but you should still be able to get the template pretty close to what you’re after.
