I would check the customer card in the web browser and see if it is the same as your desktop version.
Change if necessary
Don't know much about web browser

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately the web browser cards don't seem to have the option to choose a default invoice template which is extremely disappointing.

There isn't an ability to select the default forms in the browser version at this stage, and the template will have to be manually chosen upon printing if the default template from AccountRight is not being picked up. Having only recently being forced to move to AccountRight from AccountEdge due to lack of support and upgrade and only having MACs I am so disappointed in this program. I was told by numerous of your staff members that it would be the same program, with some minor differences. And this is just another feature missing from a very long list.
SKing I hear you. If you have found a solution, I would love to hear it.
MYOB if this has not been fixed, may I suggest you look into it. It is only minor, but makes a big difference to how our company professionally represents itself, without having to perform time wasting chores.
