Invoices boucing back

Good afternoon,

We have had issues with invoices sent to a particular client boucing back to us. I have double checked that the email address is correct and it is still boucing back. 

 

"Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Diagnostic-Code: rejected"

 

I have contacted the client regarding this and they checked with their IT department. The issue is not on their end. They have suggested that I contact MYOB Support to see what the issue could be.
