A bit strange. If you’re seeing invoices show up in your sent items but they’re not landing in your In Tray, there’s something our team should take a look at. The best way for us to get to the bottom of it is for you to reach out directly, either by jumping onto live chat with MOCA (our virtual assistant) or by sending us a support ticket through MyAccount. We’ll dig into it and figure out what’s going on for you.
