Same here, Our personalised invoice forms have worked fine for the last 20 years and now MYOB wants to add a second page with a QR code - It also adds this second page on invoices fully paid.
Online Payments is becoming more hassle than its worth, and to me, it really seems that MYOB is pushing customers to beleive that paying through their online invoice portal (with assoicated surcharges) is the only way to pay for their inovice.
Notability, on a post from a month ago requesting this feature, MYOB suggests that the "How to pay" and QR code should only be added to standard invoice templates.

Same with us - this has been an extremely frustrating morning and I have wasted about three hours trying to figure out how to disable it.
Even though we email our invoices, we also do a printed copy so the drivers can use them as a delivery docket. I hope MYOB developers develop a fix for this.
