Invoices printing out 2 pages

Just did the latest update and now our invoices are printing a 2nd page with a How to Pay and QR code.  We have never had this and it's annoying to waste paper and have this as we don't need it.  How...

AmandaMYOB​ mid july is not good enough. The amount we pay for MYOB monthly for this kind of service is simply not good enough. We all need this update prior to mid july.
