Invoices printing out 2 pages
Just did the latest update and now our invoices are printing a 2nd page with a How to Pay and QR code. We have never had this and it's annoying to waste paper and have this as we don't need it. How...

Had a call from MYOB this morning saying the issue was fixed but it is still the same unfortunately and not fixed at all! Still printing the "How to Pay" on second page even when an invoice has already been paid.
Such a waste of time & paper that causes unnecessary confusion for clients too.

Were you printing from the AccountRight desktop software?
We released an update last night which means invoices printed from AccountRight desktop will no longer include the 'How to Pay' page.
Yes, thankfully the update last night seems to have helped, Amanda.
What was a little confusing was that I received a courtesy call from MYOB yesterday morning to say that it was fixed but it clearly wasn't, as the update hadn't been released yet.
All good for now & hopefully no more annoying surprises moving forward.
Still has page 2 QR code for me too (AR Desktop)
I turned online payments back on and created a dummy invoice. Print Preview still showed the extra page for me so I've turned it back off again.

Print preview will still display the 'How to Pay' section, however it won't show when you print the actual document.
Oh OK I'll do an actually physical print and see how it goes. I didn't go any further than print preview.
