Had a call from MYOB this morning saying the issue was fixed but it is still the same unfortunately and not fixed at all! Still printing the "How to Pay" on second page even when an invoice has already been paid.
Such a waste of time & paper that causes unnecessary confusion for clients too.

Were you printing from the AccountRight desktop software?
We released an update last night which means invoices printed from AccountRight desktop will no longer include the 'How to Pay' page.

Yes, thankfully the update last night seems to have helped, Amanda.
What was a little confusing was that I received a courtesy call from MYOB yesterday morning to say that it was fixed but it clearly wasn't, as the update hadn't been released yet.
All good for now & hopefully no more annoying surprises moving forward.
