Just did the latest update and now our invoices are printing a 2nd page with a How to Pay and QR code. We have never had this and it's annoying to waste paper and have this as we don't need it. How do I get rid of it please

Same here, Our personalised invoice forms have worked fine for the last 20 years and now MYOB wants to add a second page with a QR code - It also adds this second page on invoices fully paid.
Online Payments is becoming more hassle than its worth, and to me, it really seems that MYOB is pushing customers to beleive that paying through their online invoice portal (with assoicated surcharges) is the only way to pay for their inovice.
Notability, on a post from a month ago requesting this feature, MYOB suggests that the "How to pay" and QR code should only be added to standard invoice templates.

Same here, extremely frustrating!!!!
I have deactivated the online payments through the settings via the online browser, and still shows its active and prints the 2 pages.
