Just did the latest update and now our invoices are printing a 2nd page with a How to Pay and QR code. We have never had this and it's annoying to waste paper and have this as we don't need it. How do I get rid of it please
Hi, the how to pay page is still printing out on my invoices. I mostly use recurring transactions for mine. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

this doesn't appear to have been rolled back, second page is still printing. When is this fix going to be pushed out.

This will be addressed in the August release for AccountRight.

Hi all.
The latest update for AccountRight is being released next week. With this update, we will be introducing a configurable print setting under the Preferences tab in AccountRight. This setting will be ON by default. You will be able to edit these settings by clicking into Setup > Preferences. Please note, these settings are only visible when online payments is switched on.
So have done the new update and yes it’s back to printing 2 pages which is beyond annoying! As I am not near my computer right now, what exactly do we need to do in the preferences please
Helen. Just make sure you have the setting "Show How to Pay Details on Invoice PDF" unchecked under the sales tab in settings AR Desktop. Once I unchecked this it is no longer doing it for me.
