Invoices saves as a PDF image that I can't copy text from.

    AccountRight doesn't have the option to save invoices in text format, it will be saved as PDF files. I've just tried using 'Send to disk' function to save an invoice in AccountRight v2022.5, I was able to highlight and copy texts from the saved PDF. 

     

    If sending to disk doesn't produce the result you want, you can use the Print function instead and choose a PDF creator installed to generate the PDF file. You can install different PDF creator apps to test with. Alternatively, you can also seek conversion tools to convert the generated PDF files to other formats of your choosing.

    Hi CloverQ,

     

    "Send to Disk" works, thank you.

     

    I was using the print function and a number of PDF creater apps that were not letting me highlight and copy text. 

     

    Send to disk has also allowed for the functions, like clicking on email address, to now work. Only down side is it saves as a really large file for emailing to customers.
