Issue in Purchase Register

Hi, I've been unable to open any purchase orders in our system, that includes all status types. I am also unable to create a new bill. When selected my cursur shows as loading for a second and then dissapears and nothing opens up. I have full functionality within the system and administrative authority so am unsure as to why this has started happening, could you kindly advise.

    Hi Lena22,

    I can see how concerning it must be when something that usually works suddenly doesn’t. There are currently no reported issues like this in our system, so it may be related to a local issue with your AccountRight cache. Sometimes the cache can become corrupted and cause unexpected behavior like what you're describing.
     

    We recommend clearing your AccountRight cache and then trying again. You can follow the steps in this guide to clear it: Clearing the AccountRight Cache
