Thanks for the detailed explanation. The way In tray documents work is once you link it to a bill, it drops out of the In Tray straight away. It doesn’t wait for payment.
If it’s still hanging around, it usually means the doc was attached inside the bill, not linked from the In Tray. Easy one to mix up, they look pretty similar.
If you’re linking it from the In Tray and it’s still showing, best to get in touch with support. You can lodge a support ticket on the MyAccount window or jump on live chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant, and our support team take a closer look.
