In your customised form template, right click on the table, choose Show/Hide columns, hide Item number field and then show it again. Please ensure that on selecting it again, it should appear as [MyItemNo.] in the body of the table. If it's showing as SupplierItemNo., it would not pull the information correctly from the actual sales window.

Can you please confirm if the item number is not shown on the printed/emailed copy of the order or in the Sales Register window?
If it's not shown on the printed/emailed copy, please ensure that the item number field in the template is shown in the square brackets for it to pull information from the saved order correctly. If the issue is happening in the Sales Register order window, then please attach a screenshot of that order so we can investigate further.
