Hi LyleH1234,

 

When you create an item sales invoice, you can only add a discount as a percentage because the system only supports percentage-based discount fields. There isn't a field for dollar value discounts built-in. If you'd like to suggest adding this feature, you can raise an enhancement suggestion to our product development team by posting it on our Ideas board. This way, other community members can vote on it and help add weight to your suggestion.
