Items not showing in Find Transactions search

Hi we use MYOB AccountRight 2019.2 and need help with Find Transactions. We have and item in in MYOB called Stargel which is clearly not marked as inactive (see 1. Stargel Item) ...

Hi NaomiP , your item is not inventoried, therefore will not appear on the Find Transactions screen.

You can run sales and purchases reports for this item.

Thanks Mike,

It's a shame that find transactions report can't be used for everything. Might have to make a suggestion to MYOB.
