The Report filters can filter to show all Invoices. To do this you can change the Source Journal to only search Sales.
If you wanted to narrow it down even more to find all the changes for one Invoice Number, it's not in the filters, but as a workaround, you could add a Sort Level to put in numerical order, and therefore you will see all the changes for each Invoice Number grouped together.
