locked period

Hi is anyone experiencing printing invoices and or purchases orders outside of a locked period ? Its really strange and only started happening a few months ago. We are not changing the file or data just printing. Would really appreciate any help

    Hi there steveconstantin,

     

    I've raised a case to notify the relevant team that the issue with printing and sending invoices in a locked period is still happening. While we're looking for a permanent fix, if your AccountRight file is in the cloud, you can print or email the sale from the browser. Alternatively, you can temporarily disable the lock period to print or email existing sales by going to Set Up > Preferences > Security.
