All good - it was my mistake (incorrect date applied so couldn't find it!!!!!).

That's really unusual for the invoice number to be in use, but I couldn't find the invoice. As the invoice number is showing as already in use, please don’t enter the invoice again, as this may create a duplicate.
Please check the Sales Register and Find Transactions using all statuses and a wider date range. It’s also worth checking the Journal Security Audit for that invoice number.
If the invoice still doesn’t appear, I recommend reaching out to our support via live chat through MOCA. Alternatively, you can create a ticket in My Account so the team can look into it.
