mail merge accounts receivable

Hi, I have account right. Why can't I send overdue invoices from Accounts Receivable To Do List? I only have the choice of mail merge and when I try that it freezes and nothing happens.  Also I don't understand why there aren't tutorials on using Letters and the Mail Merge feature. Regards Ann

    Hi annw 

     

    Thank you for your post. You can either set the system to send invoices over email automatically, or you can send invoices manually.
