That's a tricky one. The message "You do not have permission to view this transaction, or it has been deleted" can pop up if the attached file on the invoice has already been deleted, so it’s worth checking that first. It can also appear if your user access doesn’t allow you to view sales invoices. If you can, test opening it using an admin login to rule out a permission issue and see if you can view the invoice. If you still can't, make sure to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
