Missing supplier details

Hi all   recently one of my company files has lost some suppliers.    To explain.  I have entered an invoice prior with a specific supplier and now when i want to pay it that supplier does not co...

Hi DamienLifestyle 

 

Thanks for your post. If a supplier is not available for selection in Pay bills>>Supplier field, check if the supplier card has been made inactive.

 

  1. go to Card File>>Cards List>>Supplier tab
  2. tick Show Inactive
  3. if the card is inactive the zoom arrow will be grey
  4. click on the zoom arrow to open the card and untick Inactive card
  5. click OK to save
