Mulitple Jobs - Change to inactive

I am cleaning up our MYOB jobs.  This has not been done for so long, there are heaps of small jobs that need to be marked as inactive.  Is there a way to do the change on mulitple jobs without having...

    Hi C21TeamBrocky 

     

    Currently AccountRight doesn’t have an in product bulk update functionality for marking multiple jobs as inactive.

     

    That said you can mark one or two jobs as inactive then export out the entire job list. You could then open the exported file in Excel or another program. You could then change the status of the different jobs in the import file before importing it back into AccountRight to update the information that way.

     

    If you are going to be importing anything its worth ensuring you have an up to date backup that you can restore if anything goes astray.
