MYOB Assist update user phone number

Hi All I have a user who was setup with Capture - now moved across to Assist. Only has access to capturing the receipts but need to update the FA phone number.  How can this be done? Otherwise can ...

    HI Daph1

     

    Thanks for laying out your issue. If the only information you are trying to update is the phone number, you won't be able to update that from the Capture app. Mobile numbers live on the MYOB login (2FA), not in Assist/Capture, so re‑adding them with the same email won’t change it.

     

    If they still have that phone, they can jump into https://myaccount.myob.com, go to Account security, and update the SMS 2FA there. If they no longer have that number, they will need to log a ticket via My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant, so our team can reset 2FA and let them set up the new phone.
