Thanks for your post. If you have an active account with no outstanding bills, I would check the sender of the email to make sure it is a legitimate email from MYOB. You can read more about that here: Warning – watch out for fake (spam / phishing) emails pretending to be from MYOB.
However, noreply@email.myob.com is a legit MYOB email address. The message might be related to this: Request for additional information and documentation for online invoice payments. If you are still not sure, you could provide the last 4-digits of your serial number so I can take a look at your account to confirm the messages.
