Good morning all,
I wanted to provide an update on the 32-bit app being unsupported on new phones..
I appreciate that this has been an outstanding issue for many months now and how frustrating this has been.
Previously, MYOB has not prioritised a solution to this, as we have been working to release a replacement app which would make improvements to the current one redundant.
However we understand the importance of this (thank you for your ongoing feedback and engagement with this in the forum) and are now working on a resolution.
I'm not able to provide a timeframe on when this will be solved yet, but I can confirm that the team are now actively working on fixing this.

"Previously MYOB has not prioritised this issue".. ...many of us were pointing out this issue from several months..MYOB realised now only it is loosing customers due to this issue and many first time users staying away from joining MYOB when there are many accounting softwares which are much advanced, quick in response to cutomer queries and cheaper than MYOB.
Now also not providing a time frame .(it may be years)....and MYOB is charging customers for an App which is NOT delivering what they promised..MYOB must reimburse the extra charges they are collecting from Android users till it is fixed.
For the attention of new users, MYOB APP WILL NOT WORK IN LATEST ANDROID DEVICES AS IT WILL NOT SUPPORT 16 BIT APPS ANYMORE. MYOB HAS TO UPGRADE THEIR APP, WHICH IS NOT HAPPENING

Hi Sujeev , I understand that not providing a timeframe is frustrating but your reply is misleading for others who would read it
MYOB is now actively working to upgrade the app and fix this. It is happening.
And it wont be years, because as confirmed, it is actively being worked on.

Thanks for the update. I guess that mine, and probably others major issue is the fact that the amount we pay for MYOB Subscriptions and the fact that this has been a know issue for years that the architecture was going to be obsolete, the response time is poor, at best.

Hi Petrie , the team have the solution ready and are just going through testing before it can be released.
As before, I am unable to provide an exact date. If something comes up in testing or any number of other variables, it could delay things and if we have committed to a date for the fix it would be an even worse experience for our customers. But I am pleased to confirm the progress and we are close now. Thanks!
